Ethical

NO toxic, mutagen or carcinogenic substances are used on the vineyard or in our winemaking process.
Compliance to the production rules of Haute Valeur Environnementale.


Natural

Reintroduction of Typhlodromus (predatory mites) to fight against ascarids. Encouraging bat numbers in order to reduce certain harmful insects. Use of bees to aid pollination. Creating a well-balanced living environment by introducing ladybirds alongside existing populations of earthworms and ground beetles. 


Traditional

Preservation of precious vines dating back to 1928 and 1955. The management of the vineyard adheres to tradition: extensive grass coverings between vine rows (every other row) and at each row end. Preservation of the vineyard’s hedges
